In this work, I decided to create a formal organization, and two clinical social work studies to analyze and compare how the two performed the four above-mentioned objectives.I believe this type of analysis will give me the best picture of how things are running really, if the labor market.Regarding the first objective we have chosen, the second goal was listed on our curriculum, it was found that in theory while the system theory and the generalist intervention model put into practice, it is not intended to deliberately and step- defined by-step.

The workers we spoke were all certainly aware of the model, but when you actually set down and does the actual work, things work quite differently from the way they should theoretically work. All three people interviewed seemed in all stages of the generalist intervention model participate to varying degrees.Monica Thoms (BSW degree), for example, said that ".. . it is the resource to help them (young people in their program) will find what they need.. . "And that it pays special for many.". . little stuff, food, rent, and Driver's Ed.. . "(Monica Thoms, personal interview, October 22, 2007).

From this explanation, it seems her role correlated most strongly with the implementation phase of the generalist intervention model.Monica has used all phases of the model? Yes.In terms of the commitment phase, they also noted that "schools and hospitals," the two primary institutions that young people are to her (Monica Thoms, with doctorate in social work personal interview, October 22, 2007) refer. Most often, their work mainly revolves around young people to help out in concrete ways.Monica has to think to himself: "Now, in the engagement phase, I will do the following things" No, it seems likely that they developed a certain comfort zone in working with clients, and applies it correctly as the situation dictates.
